Fredrick Place -Home for the aged bad review
Absolutely nonsense, their nurses are ****, the matron is ****, the nurse/sister Sylvia is also just ****, don’t take any recommendations from her. The social worker Monica has no control over the place. This place is absolute ****, the people are negligent, and have absolutely no care for the elderly, they are very untidy people, it’s just full of volunteers and nurses that are useless, not educated and very lazy. Their communication systems are also absolute nonsense. We sent my granny there with one bed sore she came back with two stage 4 bed sores due to their negligence. When we initially took her there my granny had weight, after 3 weeks of being there she lost weight and become very skinny, and they couldn’t bother communicating that with us. They didn’t wash my grannies clothes, they didn’t undress the bed sores, they were smelling and rotting, and they didn’t bathe her. Their staff *****s the from elderly, they take their clothing, their designated cups(if they have any) also well as their toiletries. It’s only just a waste of money sending any of your family members there. Absolute bull**** if you ask me. Thank god we took my granny out, otherwise she would’ve passed on. I’m still finding ways to shutdown that place because it’s not healthy for any elderly person.
