Having now only read all the reviews on this site I am shocked that no one has had a good experience with this company. Had I read all of this earlier, I probably would have not placed an order with them but am SO glad I did! They have then clearly majorly upped their game!!

I ordered an item from their website on 13 Feb 2020 (with the intended delivery date of 21-23 Feb 2020) and sent them a quick email after I paid for the order, asking if they could try rush the order as it's a gift. WELL...the parcel arrived TODAY!!

My emails were immediately responded to and although it is frustrating that you cannot call them, their service was brilliant and cannot wait to open my parcel when I get home!
