No feedback on mails or online - same excuse over and over

This is absolutely the worst place i have ordered stock from... i placed my order a month ago and they still have the same excuse over and over saying i should receive it in 7-10 days, then these days come and go... and same excuse again. I am very disappointed and will not be purchasing anything from Fredmuk again... If i could give them a zero rating i would!!!
