Is this company actually legitimate?

I have been waiting since I ordered goods on 29 April 2020 and all I'm getting for my enquiries is "you will be emailed when the goods are shipped". Every time it is "we're expecting delivery from our suppliers in the UK within 7 to 10 days", but nothing happens.

This is the worst I have been treated on any online order.

I am getting suspicious that they are actually a ****.
