Delivery Delay

I'm waiting since 19 April 2019 for a delivery from Fredmuk: * Order FM 1337. * The order is paid in full. * Response from Fredmuk is that they will look into the matter / waiting for shipment. * Why did Fredmuk take an online order and payment without stock to deliver? * I can wait for ever for this delivery - there is no date commitment from Fredmuk for delivery.
