Bad customer service

Im experiencing bad customer services with a company called Fredmuk. I did order a talkimg teletubbies through them but they did not deliver. I was told i will receive tracking email to track my parcel but im still waiting. After severals calls im still waiting for consultant to call me back and give me some information. My parcel was due tuesday already and its thursday today.
