Items not received

Ordered 4 pairs of Freddy jeans from Freddy Pant Room in Netherlands! Ordered 5 September, order takes 5 working days. It’s been a month and still no order! After a few back and forths with no one actually resolving the issue, the items were sent back to shipper. Since then Freddy Pantroom hasn’t given us any further update or progress and doesn’t reply to emails or social media messages anymore! No refund or good has been received!
