Worst quality but too expensive…no value for money

I bought 2 jeans 6 months ago at the same time , the quality on the one Jean is very satisfactory and the other Jean the button we off at the 1st wear, holes have opened between thighs it’s almost as if it’s a factory fault on this Jean. I took it up with them and they gave me a middle finger and wished me the best in future that was the last email I received from them.

Now one doesn’t have to mention how expensive is their jeans, it’s a reap off, no value for money, horrible horrible customer service. I CAN PROMISE THAT WITH THEIR ATTITUDE TO HANDLING CUSTOMER SERVICE THIS BRAND WILL COLLAPSE.
