WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Worst quality!!!!

Never buy Freddy. It tears between the legs. They send you used jeans. When i requested a refund it took 2 months to just for themTo collect the pants. I a waiting and phoning and phoning and phoning and they just do not give me my money back. Every monday they will pay me friday and every friday is next week. When i ask to speak to someone they pit me through to HR... HR!!!!!! ***!!! Like i am so over it.
