VERY DISGUSTED HAVING TO WEAR SOMEONE ELLS PANTS.!!!!

I have purchased a pants last year and don not even wear it on a weakly basis and i saw a hole in the crouch.I contacted them immediately and emailed them pics of it and they said i can send it to them to repairs which i did. They were very responsive in fixing it in one day and received it back. I looked through the pants and there was 2 other holes appearing close to where the one was i have send and then realised there is a name written on the tag of the pants that is not even mine.I contacted them straight away to advise and they said they will pick the pants up again and look at it. When they did the lady had to speak to the Manager that was not there and will only be back in a weeks time. i then contacted them yesterday and advised that that was the only pants in that size that came in and they have to send it back to me. The moral of the story is that now i have someone ells pants and that is not fair to me as this is not my pants..
