Very Disappointed

So it all started with an order for 2 Freddy pants. When I received them they didn’t fit. They arranged for collection which was very nice of them. Sent me an email with a voucher. You click on the voucher and it took me straight to the Autumn Clearance Sale, (NOT THEIR MAIN PAGE!!) so I had a look there, because who wouldn’t rather have a look at the sale intems and maybe get lucky and get 3 pants for the price of the two returned? I ordered 2 from the sale, UNFORTUNATELY just clicked (like a lot of us usually do) “I have read and understand the terms and condition”. When the pants arrived it was too small. Now I am told that I cannot return them because sale items can’t be returned or exchanged!!! Why not? It’s still brand new?? Why doesn’t it say on the sale page that those are the rules for sale items!! I will NEVER in my life support this place again an will most definitely tell all my friends who loves Freddy Jeans to NOT support them. Sale items are exactly the same as the others, on the contrary I paid in an amount and still could just order 2 pants even though it is called a “SALE”! My argument is just that WHY does the voucher link in your email take you straight to sale items instead of their original home page?? It’s to mislead you, that’s what it is!! So disappointed in Freddy SA!!!
