Unsatisfactory service and rude sales staff

<p>Freddys jeans is a fairly new brand in SA.South African people generally are slow to take up to new brands.They have postioned themslevs as high end product as a pair retails for R3000.00 to R3500.00 , however after purchasing over 7 pairs whith a purchase price of R20 000.00 i Found that the quality and reliabiility of the product does not whiegh up to the price.As a retialer when you have product that is defective or malfunctions the retailer has an obligation to refund or replace the product like big brands Nike , Puma and so on.For example the one pair had a hole that develped as the grams of material is low and does stand numerous washes so I took pants in , they did a patch or sowed unproffesionally and gave it back to me I refused and found it very fustrating to get refund.The Dainfern shop recenlty SMS me to come in to see the new white freddy pants , they refused to help me and Xoli was very rude , I have since requested that they remove from data base.</p>
