Unhappy with the quality of pants

I received a pair of Freddy pants as an anniversary gift, ive always wanted a pair and was so excited on receiving them. After two wears buttons on the back and front fell off, and despite me following exact washing instructions, the colour runs every time i wash them. I just feel that for what you pay for a pait ( very overpriced) the quality should be better. After emailing complaint a month ago i have still not received a reply
