Terrible Quality - Wanting Answers

I absolutely love Freddy's, don't get me wrong. I have over 10 pairs which is way over R20 000,00 spent in your stores. I am shocked at how terrible the quality of the jeans are. R2000+ a pair for what???

I have treated the jeans with utmost care, adhering to all the care instructions such as putting them on as if they were stockings, placing them in the freezer to "clean" them as instructed by a sales women, being careful to not pull them up using the elastic and many more care instructions.

In the attached images below, you can see my Freddy jeans as well as tears, missing buttons, holes etc - I'm appalled by the quality. I have taken some of my pairs in to various Freddy stores to get repaired, only to pay MORE money to get them fixed when this should not happen in the first place!!
