TERRIBLE QUALITY!! Total overcharge! Definitely NOT value for money

I have to admit, I love my Freddy's, but ONLY because of the way they fit. Quality wise - I am appalled! I bought my first pair in September, from Menlyn Maine (terrible customer service by the way), for a whopping R2100.00, and these have torn, and they have little holes in them, this, despite me washing them by hand myself, and treating them with the utmost care!! The one button came off on the first day, and so did the little metal logo on the back...first day.

I then thought, maybe I got a dud. I bought another pair, in Miami, in October. Believe it or not, same story. BUT even worse - they are skew! The stitching actually does not go through the middle, it's more slanted to the right. It's **********. Not like I travel there every day, so I can't exactly return them.

It is shocking.

I should have known when I was in the fitting room at Menlyn Maine, when three, yes, THREE women brought back pants with tears in them. And, wait for it....the sales manager sent them packing, didn't even offer advice, or assistance.

Then, a lady came in, she had bought a Small the previous day, wanted to exchange for an XS. They didn't have stock, and refused to give her a refund. Only offered store credit. I am also in the service industry, and I would NEVER EVER treat a customer like that!!!
