Poor quality

So disappointed in the quality and the after sales care of Freddy South Africa. First thing if you buy a expensive jean you expect nothing but good quality, secondly if you pay for your pants to get tailored you expect it to be done "neatly" and "professionally" . I had to send 10 of my jeans in for repairs after 2 weeks of not hearing any feedback I had to phone around to figure out where the jeans are and what's happening, they promised me the jeans will be done in a week and they will deliver it back to my house after another 2 weeks I had to phone again to ask what's happening eventually after 3 months of waiting and phoning the jeans arrived back to my house just to find how horrible they were tailored ( my grandmother can do a better job ) and on top of that you need to pay R50 a jean to be tailored, not even after the second wear I'm back to square one.
