Pathetic Service

I gave my 2 pairs of Freddy jeans in for stitching in November 2017, After 3 weeks I received a call to say that I should collect 1 pair, I asked them why only 1 pair as I gave in 2 pairs.. The consultant said she will call me back... 2 months later I received another call stating again that I should come and collect 1 pair of Freddy....

Knowing how expensive these pants are, I immediately got frustrated due to the fact that one of my jeans was missing. After loosing my freddy, a week later they finally found my Freddy's and was ready for collection..

I asked them if they can send my Freddy's to the Clearwater Mall branch for collection, as this store recently opened and is much closer to home, after all the hassles and poor service you would suppose that it should not be a problem...

3 weeks later again...... I am still waiting... Almost 4 Months to get my Freddy's bac****!

The Clearwater branch is still waiting to receive it, and now the number for the Freddy Bryanston Shopping Centre is not working!

I will never buy a Freddy again... going to take this further!
