Overpriced, worst quality and service

This product is the most overpriced, bad quality product i have ever bought in my life. Along with that the staff that are supposed to deal with your concerns don't respond to any mails, when you call even the staff tell you about the problems at Freddy... like they haven't paid their courier bill. You guys should not be in business.
