No jeans and no refunds

My mother in-laws bought me December 2021 a jean it was not the right one so I took it back. (Within the 7 days) Menlon Main store could not find me the one I was looking for. After a hell of calls to the store I finely spoke with someone at Head office and she agreed to refund me for the purchase. Up until today I have send probably 30 emails to her and trying to call her and all she says is she will get back to me. I am still waiting. No jean’s and no payback of purchase!!!!
