Freddy useless

I ordered a pair online at the end of January 2022. Normally Id receive my order quite quick, but this time it took a while. I eventually followed up after which they confirmed the order has been fulfilled on their side and their courier would deliver it within the next day or two. It's now almost 2 months later and still nothing. I get absolutely no response whatsoever. I tried calling them. Sent numerous emails, sent a message on Instagram and still nothing. These pants does not come cheap! Ive been buying Freddy Jeans for the last 5 years and this is just sad how they treat a customer! Will NEVER buy from them again!!
