Freddy SA is taking every woman for a ride with poor quality pants.

<p>I bought 4 Freddy pants from Freddy stores in PTA and JHB . With my first purchase the green freddy pants got a hole in it on the 2nd day .I took it back and the exchanged it for me .</p> <p>A few months later 2 of my Freddy jeans got hole in them on the same places .I did hand wash them a instructed !</p> <p>I took them in to Freddy for a review and the national manager Janke rep**** with this ''</p> <p>Good Morning Henriette,</p> <p> </p> <p>Trust all is well. Yes I have just conducted a quality control on the pants, the green pair was purchased on 29th Oct 2016, black pair 25th Nov 2016.</p> <p>Unfortunately the washing instructions were not adhered to and its within our exchange policy. I will have my professional seamstress mend your pants,</p> <p>But unfortunately I cannot exchange them.''</p> <p>How on earth would she know how it was washed on not ??</p> <p>We pay thousands for these pants and get poor quality .</p> <p>Freddy had a review option on their FB site ,and on the day numerious unsatisfied customers complained about the same thing happening to their pants ,a few days after Freddy took down their review option because woman was saying thank goodness they read the reviews before buying a pair.</p> <p>I drove 200KM to take the pants back both of the time so in total I drove 400km to get this outcome from the manager . The sales lady at Menlyn maine also confirmed that they had to send 3 defect batches back to Italy just the other day .</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Freddy should really look into their quality control of making these pants .</p> <p> </p> <p>I dont want the same poor quality pants back just to get the same results within a few weeks time, I want new ones!</p> <p> </p>
