Freddy-No service, bad quality, no value

I got a pair of freddy's as a gift. I got sent to 3 different stores before I was assisted with the fit I wanted. I wore the pair for an hour before I realized the stitching in the crotch came apart. I gave it back to the store in Sandton city. They could not replace it and offered tailoring. I had to follow up 3 times, still no one can tell me where my jeans are or when they would be done. Still waiting.

Also weird how the Sandton city freddy store' s number is not available on the mall website.

My expectation from a pair of the most expensive jeans Ive ever had, was a bit more than this!!
