Freddy Jeans, no refund!

I was given a pair of very expensive R2000 + Freddy jeans as a gift. I tried it on and did not fit. I do not like the Freddy pants at all. I went to both Freddy shops, Cape Quarter and Waterfront to get a refund. Just to be told that they do not give refunds, only gave me a gift voucher. I do not like anything in the shop. Non of their products work for me, now I sit with a very expensive gift voucher I can not use. This, to me is not acceptable. I want my money back.
