Freddy Jeans, beautiful but shocking quality

I bought 2 pairs of Freddy Jeans, one cost R3000 and the other R750 on a sale. At no point was I told that there is no refund and no return. After a single wear of my R750 pants, the seam pulls loose and the store refuses to refund or exchange. They are comfortable and beautiful but the quality is shocking if they pull loose after only 1 wear. Now they only offer to have them stitched at a further R100. This is absolutely shocking!!!
