FREDDY JEANS, ARE THEY REALLY WORTH IT?!

FIRST TIME BUYING A PAIR OF JEANS WHICH I HAVE WANTED FOR THE LONGEST TIME....decided to finally take the plunge and spoil myself. Two wears later, they start tearing. It was most definitely the correct size and I was extra careful with them, even hand washed them at that price! I sent pics of the tear through to customer care and they advised that I must have hooked them on something as their material is delicate. I am not satisfied with their response. I paid alot of money for them and as a first time buyer, I feel that they could have compensated me or at least offered to mend them. I had ordered my second pair before I received feedback from the customer relations manager, and in hindsight I should have actually cancelled the order. I am not at all happy, especially considering the price I paid for them and the extra special care I showed them.
