I have bought online recently and asked if i can change the jean for a bigger size. They told me in store that they cannot exchange or refund however i told them that it does not say anything with regards to that policy on the website so it is terribly misleading.

I asked them to contact me and they said they will call on Monday 21 May, it is wednesday now and i have not yet received a call.

Poor service!!
