Feddy Jeans are very bad quality with poor service

<p>I bought a Freddy jean for my girl friend's birthday on 28 January 2017 and she only worn it 2 or 3 times when we noticed that the stiching was coming lose. We took it back to Menlyn Maine Freddy Jeans on 18 March 2017 and its been more than a week and we are still waiting for it to get fixed, not even a single phone call or any feedback. We also have to pay R50 to get it fixed. I want the Jean to be replaced or re-funded ASAP. Why buy a R2200 jean when the quality is worse than any other cheaper jean. I am so disgusted. If this is not rectified before the end of this week, I will make sure that everyone know how poor quality Freddy jeans are.</p>
