Disgusting Quality and No Customer Service !!!!!!!

My husband bought me a pair of Pink Metalic Pants for Christmas at a cost of nearly R3000. I I wore them once and to my utter shock and disgust they started peeling off on the inner legs. I called the store to ask if I could bring them in for an exchange or refund and was told that I could bring them in but that I could not get any refund or exchange which I found rather bizarre. They told me the jeans needed to be sent to their head office for evaluation first . About a week later I got a call back from them to say that their Head office would not grant me a refund or exchange as according to Freddy there was no factory fault on their side and refused to give me and exchange or refund . I will NEVER ever buy anything from Freddy ever again in my life . Their customer service is pathetic to say the least !!!!! Their customer service is non existent and they don’t take responsibility for POOR QUALITY....By the way Freddy I am not leaving it here I will be reporting you and your shocking service to the consumer protection board maybe you should fami****ise yourself the consumer protection act !!!! You know that old saying word of mouth is the best advertising . Well I have a huge buisness with a huge following and I will make sure that you are exposed for the ****** you are. You should hang your heads in shame !!
