Disappointed by FreddyWear.sa by International Rags

Talk about a disappointing Birthday. My husband bought me a R2000 gift voucher Freddy Jeans at the Gateway Mall of Shopping. When I went to redeem the voucher, valid for 24 months, it was only to find out that the shop closed down. I contacted Freddy SA via email and got a reply that the Gateway shop was under the old distributors and they are not affiliated with the old distributors and can’t honour the voucher. The new distributor is FreddyWear.sa by International Rags. So now my husband has lost his money and I lost out on a pair of expensive jeans.
