Bye bye Freddy jeans SA

Freddy jeans SA is no more. The company has gone from being a favorite to being painful to deal with. Their phones don’t get answered (they can’t explain why over 50 phone calls over four days get ignored), emails and messages on social media (sent over four days) have still yet to be responded to. Only after speaking to a franchisee did I get contacted (five hours later). I was then promised delivery that afternoon, then the following day morning, then a “misunderstanding” that delivery shouldn’t happen (I said nothing to indicate I no longer want the delivery) and then finally delivery said to be at 18:00. I needed the parcel for 13h so delivery happening 5 hours later doesn’t help. Continuously cancelling and changing delivery up to the very last minute meant you prevented me making alternative arrangements .

Do NOT even risk working with this company. Something is very wrong with their ethics and business practices.
