Amazing Service and product support

So this morning one of my Freddy Jeans tore, right in the crotch! After being only a few months old I was very disappointed as I speak very highly of this brand. I contacted their head office and within an hour of sending photos through to them I received a call telling me an exchange is waiting for me at my favourite store when I send in the broken pair.

Just when I think there isn't more I could love about this brand! FAST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RESONABLE POLICIES supporting the best product.
