Amazing Customer Service

I purchased trousers today on the "buy one, get free leggings" special, via the website. Let me add that I ordered just after midnight to make sure I got the ones I wanted as Freddy is incredibly popular. When I ordered I wasn't sure how to add the leggings I wanted. Added a note to my order asking them to contact me to make sure it was sorted. Carmina emailed me first thing this morning and got everything sorted. Very impressed with turn around time on queries as well as how friendly Carmina was. She even made sure to confirm she had the correct items for me.
