Freddy Pants Exchange

If there were minus star ratings I would have selected that. Purchased pants end of December was told to exchange the pants in January when they receive more stock. I kept on following up and was told in March that they received stock. I have been away and only managed to get to the store on May. The store Manager was rude and had an attitude. Told me that the pants had marks on them, I can't exchange. I asked her to show me the marks because the pants still had the tag on she could not point it out. I showed her communication that I had to constantly follow up and she then said but they receive stock on a weekly basis. When I proofed it to her via Whatsapp she said she will ask the Owner to do the exchange. She took my number down. This was about 3 weeks ago and still waiting for her to contact me. Thought she said they received stock on a weekly basis. Constantly have to follow up with them. No customer service. I will definitely not support this store ever again!!!
