Ignoring customer

I visited the shop at about 12:45 on Tuesday 4 May 2021. The shopkeeper was talking to a friend. They sat on chairs at the entrance of the shop. I asked him several times to let me see the one big teddy bear I was interested in. It was on the top of the shelf. He kept talking to his friend. Only after some time he attended to me.

I then left the shop and returned later to buy the teddy bear.

At the instant I had to pay with the credit card, a small girl came in and he left me then and talk-played with her at length. After waiting a long period, I said I am in a hurry and asked him to let me pay.

I then paid and left the shop.

The conduct of the shopkeeper was very unprofessional and client-unfriendly. I would have left the shop earlier, if it was not for the fact that I wanted that specific big teddy bear.
