Bad experence at Fred-i-Besr

I gave my 60 year old vintage bear to be fixed! Now the owner Lynette Kennedy do not want to return tge bear. She wanted money to be paid in her account. I want to see the bear before paying, it is my right as consumer! I went to ger shop on 28 October 2023. The bear was not at the shop. I emailed again that the bear must be at the shop on Saturday, 28 October 2023 to pay en colkect! She refuse wanting the money in her account before handing over my bear!! Cannot understand why? Tgought of taking apoliceman with to force her to hand over my bear after payment! She is unreasonable and stubbirn! I will never go to her shop again after receving my bear!! She is rude and don't know how to treat a customer and are not fimi****ised with the Consumer Act.
