No Returned Deposit

I recently moved out of one of the Frazzitta Square Flat Units and no one contacted me regarding the return of my deposit.

I had to contact them to ask what's happening with my deposit and they asked for my bank details which I provided.

They then never responded with any information as to when it would be deposited. I followed up on the email and got no response.

I called them and got told that my papers still needed to be handed to the director before payment would be made, and that it would take a number of days before I get my deposit.

I called them again today after 2 days to find out if there was an update and got told the phones aren't working properly and got attitude from the person over the phone which was unpleasant to say the least.

She told me she can't hand me over to the Agent I wanted to speak to for an update.

I still don't have my deposit and they are really unprofessional when it comes to moving out.

Really disappointing.
