Fray is a ****

<p>I ordered a top from Fray on Facebook on the 22nd May 2017 and I still haven't received it. I have sent messages and emails 4 times and although their website says they will get back to you within a day or two, I haven't heard from them. After googling them today, I have seen a few reports that they are ********s!! They advertise all over Facebook and should be banned, and people need to be made aware of all these **********!! I want my money back but don't know how to go about it
