Travelite

When I purchased the Travelite luggage for my wife and I was told that this was a quality product and the product is guaranteed. I travel extensively. The bag was cracked during transit.

I dropped the bag off and the gentleman advised that he would discuss the matter with his regional manager.

I was never called or messaged to let me know the status.

I went in a week ago and asked the sales representative about my case.

She was not helpful at all. She remarked that they have problems with the travelite luggage cases. The model that I bought is known for cracking and that they have others in the back that have bent due to heat.

She continued to state that the new products will now have a 3 year guarantee. She said that I should have bought a different case.

Is this the standard of service. I have spent thousands of Rands at Frasers and have always thought that they are pretty good.

I am really disappointed.
