Totally ***********

I gave my Samsonite suit ase in last year July. I went overseas as the suit case was not ready so i borrowed another suitcase. September i paid them another visit and the suitcase was there. But on inspection it was still in the same condition as i gave it in. I pointed it out and they said "sorry"!?

I gave my partners Samsonite labtop briefcase in aswell on the 5 October 2016. I travelled to Australia and circumstance turned out i was there for longer than anticipated. I sent my mother a copy of the invoices to please give Frasers a call to say I'll be back in February 2017. There was a huge problem as they couldn't find the briefcase. There was no trace of it. Eventually it was found. I was quoted R450 to fix the briefcase handle & zip, the handle needed a ***** and they did not have the correct parts but could fix it for R450. I said thanks go ahead we need it in working condition.

In February on my return to the shop I was told my suitcase would now cost me R1100 to fix the lock which I was never quoted on. Blessing the manager also admitted he didnt quote me. But i was held ransom for my suitcase. I refused to pay as i was never quoted or told their would be a cost. But i paid so i could use my suitcase again. The briefcase was still not ready in February. They said i must get my mom to call the shop they sent it to be repared. I came back the Friday the 3 March and told the shop assistant as the managers were not there to give the message i want my bag on Monday im tired of all the excuses. I called the Monday to ask if the bag was ready? They said they spoke to the repair shop and it will be ready for collection Wednesday morning. I said then why didn't somebody contact me to inform me this??

Wednesday morning at midday i got a call from Frasers to collect my briefcase. I went in. They handed me a briefcase in the same condition as i gave it in 5 October 2017. There was no repairs done.

How do companies with such low integrity survive? I will never put another foot in that door. I'm in the tourism industry and trust me I will never refer a living sole to Frasers Centurion.
