Terrible service from Destinations Frasers

Will not recommend. I ordered a hardcover luggage bag on the 15th of September. I still haven’t received it. Customer Service is none. When I logged online to check the status of my order I saw it was cancelled. But the full amount was debited. I contacted them, they claimed it is a glitc in the system. I kindly requested for the bag to be delivered since I needed it for our trip. Unfortunately they weren’t helpful at all. My trip started without receiving the bag.
