Terrible quality

I am extremely disgusted at you customer service and your products.

I have mailed guess directly and I have added a review on hellopeter about guess and not a soul has bothered getting back to me because apparently customers aren't of importance to you but expect is to purchase your poor quality items and ridiculous prices. Pathetic !

My complaint is as follows ;

I purchased a bag (pics attached) about just little over 6 months (when I say little over 6 months I mean probably a week or so over the 6 months mark). As you can see below the port quality of the bag stitching coming loose leather coming off bag looks quite old if I must say do my self it's sloppy and not stiff like it should be even after 6 months the way the bag looks now it's like like I have had it for years. Which is not the case.

The quality is so bad that this is how the bag looks and I mean for a item that's priced almost 2000rand it's not worth the money.

When people purchased goods at a ridiculously high price it's not done because we just want it and we have the money it's because we expect excellent quality for the money that we paying we not just paying for the brand.

I am extremely disappointed in Guess and Frasers aswell.

After not getting a response from anyone at guess I decided to go to the Fraser's store where the bag was purchased and your staff at Canal Walk branch of no help useless.

I spoke a gentlemen first then a woman interrupted not sure if she was the manager on duty Saturday or what as I couldn't see her name tag on her shirt. She told me seeing that it's over 6 months they can't help me and that the guarantee is for 6 months on bags. How do you let a customer come in with a quality problem and you bluntly tell the customer sorry there is nothing we can do bye. That is business you are chasing away out of your door.

The gentleman who first came forward to assist then asked if she is going to book the bag in for repairs and she said NO straight out no as it was out of 6months period which she could not get out of her mouth this was all she could say to me.

I was left to walk out there with a bag I'm to embarrassing to be seen in public with as people might think it's **** cause of the way it looks on such a short period of time and disappointed in how short off and unhelpful your store assistance are .

I would hope someone gets back to me now with regards to this as I will add this under Frasers name on hellopeter.
