Refused service

Went in to repair a suitcase recently purchased and was denied the repair of the travelite suitcase on the basis that the repairs department is closing over the holidays. The staffs incompetence to give any further solutions to the situation was in complete disregard for customer service. As it is holiday season and the time where people most use their suitcases it is an oversight by Frasers to allow their service department to close. Furthermore the staff members blasé and indifferent attitude towards the problem is highly disconcerting. This service is highly unacceptable and I would not recommend anyone give their business to Frasers.
