Refuse Refund

I lay buyed a ladies purse on the 24Jan 2022 at Frasers Tygervalley. I changed my mind because it was a really costly purse and bought another purse elsewhere for the fraction of the price , genuine leather purse. I visited Frasers Tyygervalley today the 08feb2022 to cancel my lay buy and they are not prepared to refund my deposit. The service is really unprofessional, well the manager of the store is unprofessional . This is my first experience where a a retail store will not refund your lay buy deposit. Very unhappy client.
