POOR SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

I order an item almost a week ago and nothing has been delivered and no communication has been received to date. The woman on the end of the phone on the number provided was of no help what so ever. When mailed this afternoon they were full of excuses and have not bothered to respond to my second mail. I would really discourage anybody from ordering anything online from either these two companies, their service and customer satisfaction are clearly not top of their priority list.
