Pathetic Service

I had purchased a wallet last September, the card flap had got torn. I bougth the wallet in for repairs a month ago and was told it would take UP TO 2 weeks. after 2 weeks i had gone to the store and they said i would get feedback on Monday ( which never happened). i followed up a week later and said they should have it back the following Monday been, 05/10/2015. On the 05/10/2015 i had received a sms stating that the wallet has not been repaired yet!!<br> After a month my husband still does not have a wallet, not sure why I paid so much for it. The service and feedback is absolutely pathetic and people say anything to make a sale.<br> <br> i am totally disgusted by the lack of service delivery
