MIA Order and business

I have been waiting more than 2 weeks for a delivery that was promised within 5 business days. Both my husband and I have made multiple attempts to contact them on various platforms-however we receive no response. There is also no option to cancel my already paid for order, so I am stuck waiting for them to either deliver my order or respond to my communication requests. I am hoping that they will respond to this!
