Frasers: Terrible Customer Service

I bought a Jekyll and Hide wallet for my boyfriend earlier this year at Frasers in Brooklyn mall. By the sixth month, the stitching went out completely. It was still under warranty, so I took it back. Frasers then advised me that they had to send it to the Jekyll and Hide warehouse to evaluate the product. This was four weeks ago. I've phoned three times, with no feedback. This is unacceptable. Client service = 0.
