Frasers Luggage: Excellent

I had an issue with my online order where my order was cancelled when I had already made payment. I phone Destinations by Frasers and the service was excellent. The lady, Janine, checked on my order and within less than 30 minutes, she had sorted it out and processed my order. This was by far the best customer service I have experienced.
