Extremly long delay and hassle with refund

I purchased 2 bags on Thursday (28/01/2016) and the next morning I was here to return it because the person I bought it for did not like it. Julianne, the manager told me that they have no cash to refund me and that she will contact me as soon as she has some. I waited 3 days and no one contacted me. So on Monday I called the store and spoke to Julianne and she told me that they have no cash still but that she will arrange it for me tomorrow (Tuesday , 2/02/2106) at 10am. So I came this morning at 11 am and the manager that is here (Eugene) knew nothing about it. They are contacting other stores and trying to arrange the money but no one has the money. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. I am soo disappointed and will never shop here again.
