Excellent service again

<p>End last year coming back from trip the zip on my suitcase was damaged. Took to fraser's and they repaired free of charge. Apparently no big problem it was just stuck and they could undo it. Went again today with another suitcase of which the lock was damaged. The other suitcase shop charged R 600 to have it seen to and repaired. At Fraser's the " manager" took it to the back and came back a few minutes later repaired. He kept my other suitcase to be send away for a wheel. This is the second time that a suitcase was repaired free of charge bt this store. Thank you for excellent service again. </p>
